Delivery
All orders are shipped “An Post” parcel post, depending on the size of your order.
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Should any item be delayed we will inform you of the expected date of dispatch as soon as possible.
Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If, for any reason, you would like to return a product, please contact us before sending any items to us.
Returns and exchanges are accepted in original condition within 14 days of receiving the package.
If the shipment was damaged, we will request shipment returned to us as soon as possible so we can file a claim with An Post as well as remake your order or refund your payment.
We will issue a refund or exchange once we have inspected the items. All refunds will be issued to Paypal account.
Please retain your return shipping receipt and invoice or packing slip until you have received your refund or exchange. All gift wrap fees are non-refundable.
